Creativity has never been a problem in the industry; it is the abundance of creativity that makes fashion purely perceived as glamour. Behind the scenes, the industry still struggles with:
Long and inefficient production cycles
High development costs and material waste
Unsustainability (Fashion remains one of the most environmentally damaging industries globally.)
Returns and sizing inconsistencies
Slow adoption of digital tools and technologies
Chaotic operational systems with unclear product development systems
These challenges limit innovation and growth.
I believe fashion brands deserve better systems, smarter processes, and more effective ways to bring ideas to life.

My journey in fashion began with a genuine passion for design and the creative process. But the longer I worked within the industry, the more clearly, I could see the complex, often broken systems behind the scenes — the extended development cycles, fragmented communication between teams, and inefficient processes quietly limiting what brands could achieve.
I came to understand that many of fashion's most persistent challenges weren't creative problems. They were system problems. And system problems have system solutions.
That realization set the direction for everything I've done since: exploring the intersection of fashion, technology, and product development — and building practical ways to apply digital tools and new working models to transform the industry from the inside.

Through my work, I focus on:
Improving how fashion products are developed and produced
Supporting the adoption of digital tools and technologies
Bridging the gap between fashion professionals and technology innovators
Empowering the next generation of fashion entrepreneurs
Strategy First. Systems Second. Technology Last.
Technology is not the starting point — it's the vehicle. Before recommending any tool or platform, I work to understand the brand, the workflow, and the real source of friction. Only then does technology enter the conversation.
I act as a neutral advisor, connecting brands with the right fashion technology solutions — not random tools — that solve actual, existing problems they are facing.
Growth without systems doesn't scale; it only exposes the vulnerabilities in a brand's foundation. My approach ensures those foundations are solid before any new layer is added.
Identify inefficiencies in the production process
Build optimized, repeatable workflows
Create scalable team and decision systems
Integrate only the digital tools that genuinely fit
Reduced production cost per collection
Faster, more predictable lead times
Fewer errors across development stages
Lower operational and financial risk
Scalable, repeatable systems for growth
Systems + Technology = Reduced Risk, Cost & Delays = Sustainable Growth
Christabel attention to details is amazing and she pays attention to instructions and goes beyond and above to make sure the work is done properly.
